Antioxidant,  anti-inflammatory, antiseptic. 

The leaves are known to contain flavonoids and tannins that provide both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Is also commonly used as an inhalant to relieve symptoms of the common cold or flue and is an excellent respiratory antiseptic.

How to use

Place 1 1/2 tsp per cup to tea infuser. Add hot water and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the desired intensity. TIP: Let boiling water cool slightly before adding to maintain the integrity of the tea's flavour.
